Pre Ceremony
- Personal Bridal Coordinator- your Highgrove Estate Coordinator will work with you and your vendors to ensure that your event is the memorable celebration you have hoped and planned for

- Access to the house 3 hours prior to the onsite ceremony for all wedding party and vendors
- A Bridal Suite with complimentary Food, Water, and a Champagne Toast for the bride and bridesmaids upon arrival
- A Groom’s Suite with complimentary Snacks
- A Special Suite for parents and grandparents to wait and anticipate
Ceremony (30 minutes)
- White padded wedding ceremony chairs on terrace lawn overlooking Lake Laurel
- Premium Lebleu water bottles for your guests
- Shepherds hooks, down the aisle, fora any floral, candles, lanterns, etc., that either you or your florist would provide
Cocktail Hour (first hour of the 4 hour reception)
- Gorgeous covered outside bar area
- 3 cocktail tables with full-length linens (over 100 selections of linen options for you to choose from)
- Complimentary Soft Beverages (Tea, Raspberry Lemonade, & Water)
Reception (4 hours)
- Grand Ballroom- our breathtaking window-wrapped room includes fabric-draped twinkle lights, six vintage chandeliers, and a grand fireplace
- 66 inch round tables that seat 10
- Walnut Chiavari Chairs for all guests
- Floor length linens for all guest and food tables- one guest table linen per every 10 guests (over 100 selections of linen options for you to choose from)
- Linen napkins (White, Black, or Ivory options)
- China, Flatware, & Stemware
- Complimentary Vintage Inspired Lantern Centerpieces
- Silver Number Stands and Table Numbers
- 3 Easels available to use for your bridal portrait, seating chart, or additional signage
